Our Journey

25 years of innovation across diverse industries

2001
Company Founding & MonarchCharts
The company was officially established on October 31, 2001, in Kaunas, Lithuania. From day one, they started working on the data visualization suite MonarchCharts and licensing it to Fortune 500 customers in the United States.
2002
Retail Systems
The company began developing JMonarch, a retail management system for BMS Megapolis, the largest computer retailer across the Baltic states.
2003
Middleware
The company kicked off a long-standing partnership with U.S.-based corporation Nastel Technologies. Singleton Labs was contracted to build a data visualization framework for middleware monitoring, observability, and message tracking.
2006
Automotive Production Control
Through a partnership with the German IT firm Kronion GmbH, Singleton Labs' technology entered the automotive sector. Their solutions were successfully deployed directly inside BMW AG manufacturing plants to analyze and control the quality of car body manufacturing.
2011
Smart Parking
Singleton Labs joined forces with UAB Arevita in an effort to develop a parking management system, laying the groundwork for what would later become the Parksol smart parking system, now managed under Parksol Technologies.
2011
E-Commerce
Expanding their reach into digital retail, the team built the Neriba system—a centralized e-commerce management platform designed to optimize logistics, inventory, and automated operations across an entire group of online stores.
2016
IoT
The company successfully connected its software expertise with wireless consumer electronics by partnering with the Norwegian heating industry leader ADAX AS, which was later acquired by the Glen Dimplex Group. Singleton Labs engineered the complete technological backbone for ADAX smart radiators, delivering the thermostat firmware, establishing the cloud infrastructure, and creating mobile apps.
2017
Low-Power Hardware
Singleton developed energy-efficient, low-powered Bluetooth/NFC lock hardware. The firm established the cloud infrastructure, wrote the Bluetooth firmware, and developed the corresponding mobile apps.
2018
Unattended Business
Singleton designed and deployed an automated ecosystem for Brun og Blid, Norway's largest tanning salon network. They built a self-service system that operates 24/7 without on-site staff by integrating mobile payment gateways, digital identity/age verification, and wireless hardware devices.
2021
Web3
The team built Wubits.io, a Web3 social platform designed for decentralized content monetization, built around a core feature that integrated cryptocurrency payment systems directly into web content.
2023
MedTech Systems
The firm expanded its footprint in the heavily regulated healthcare sector by becoming a partner for clinical providers. They executed software enhancements and optimizations for specialized medical and patient management platforms, notably Eurosplint.com and Patientstree.com.
2024
AI Agents
Singleton Labs engineered the core architecture for ScalerX.ai, a no-code platform that enables businesses to build and deploy their own personalized AI assistants using their company's private data, documents, and web content.
2025
Autonomous Logistics
The company implemented a long-range wireless smart lock project for Energo IO's autonomous parcel and book kiosks deployed across the Baltic states. Utilizing Sigfox/NB-IoT technology, they engineered secure, battery-powered locks that operate completely off-grid without requiring a hardwired electrical source.
